Biography:

Kraig Delana is an assistant professor in the Department of Operations and Business Analytics at the Lundquist College of Business. His research interests include queueing theory, game theory, and optimization.

Delana received his PhD in management science and operations from the London Business School, MS in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan, and BS in industrial engineering from Kettering University. Prior to teaching at the Lundquist College, Delana worked at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and Duke University Health System.
