What We Look For

OCG members come from a diverse array of majors and backgrounds, with varying skill levels. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are passionate about furthering their education and developing skills through opportunities outside of the classroom.

Interview Prep

The interview process to become a student consultant consists of a behavioral interview and a case interview. Case interviews are commonly used in consulting interviews to assess how applicants break down and solve problems.
