All Students
- Accept your admissions offer - ASAP
Beginning in 2023, applicants will be able to respond to their offer of admission via their application status portal. Deferral policies vary by program. Applicants must work with their prospective program to determine whether deferring admission is a possibility. - Pay the program deposit - ASAP
- Submit official transcripts - ASAP
Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities from which you received a bachelor's degree or higher. Transcripts must show the title of the degree earned and the date the degree was conferred. Read more about how to submit official transcripts. - Save the dates for Executive Immersion: September 4-7, 2024
Attending Immersion is required to enter the program in fall 2024. You will receive an email with the Immersion schedule and required prework in early August. Students will attend programming in Portland on September 4, and travel to Eugene for programming September 5-7. The program has booked individual hotel rooms for students in Eugene. - Activate your UO ID - ASAP
Log in to DuckWeb with your UO ID and temporary PAC. Find these in your application status portal. Your UO ID is your unique personal identifier at the UO. It is 9 digits and starts with 95. You will use this ID when interacting with various campus offices. - Claim your Duck ID - ASAP
Your Duck ID will be your login name for most services at the UO (e.g., email, Canvas, WiFi, and more). It will also be the first part of your UO email. See how to claim your Duck ID. - Enroll in Duo Mobile - ASAP
Duo Mobile is the UO's two-step login service. You will use it to confirm your identity when you log in to protected services like email and Canvas. Find out how to set up Duo. - Log in to your UO email - ASAP
After you claim your DuckID you can need to set up the UOmail app on your phone and/or laptop. Be sure to check your email daily as you will receive important notifications for required actions. View instructions and find UO email at https://uomail.uoregon.edu - Submit health documents - ASAP
The UO requires several immunizations. Review the requirements and begin gathering documentation or schedule a visit with your healthcare provider. You will log in to the MyUOHealth Portal to submit your documents. (Students who do not submit documentation by October 1, 2024, will receive a registration hold.) - Complete new student survey - by August 1, 2024
Plan to take the survey in a single session. Have a headshot (a selfie is fine) and a brief professional bio ready to go. - Accept the UO Billing Account Terms and Conditions no later than September 3, 2024
The university's billing account Terms and Conditions (Revolving Charge Agreement) must be read and accepted by all students. Students must agree to the terms and conditions in order to register for classes. - Register for fall courses - by September 3, 2024
Registration for fall courses opens May 21, 2024. Watch for an email from Amanda Fontenot with instructions. - Complete photo and info release form - by September 3, 2024
Specify the ways that the Oregon Executive MBA and the University of Oregon can use your image and information. - Order your UO student ID card - by September 16, 2024
The UO ID card is the official identification card for students, faculty, and staff at the University of Oregon. See how to order your card online. NOTE: You do NOT need to go to Eugene to pick up your student ID card! We will distribute the cards during Immersion or on your first day of class. - Verify your residency status - by September 19 2024
The University of Oregon reviews each application for admission to determine residency status. Review your residency status in the official offer of admission you receive from the Division of Graduate Studies. If you believe you are incorrectly classified, contact the UO’s assistant director for residency Richard Cleare at richard.admissions@uoregon.edu.

Military Veterans and Reservists

The Office of Veterans Affairs helps eligible student veterans, reservists, and dependents obtain educational benefits in compliance with the procedures and regulations of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Students may contact the veterans coordinator at veterans@uoregon.edu for assistance.
International Students
- Students with J-1 and F-1 Visas: Review your health insurance - September 19 deadline to submit waiver
International students will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the UO Student Health Benefits Plan. If you have other health insurance, you may qualify for a waiver of the UO Student Health Benefits Plan, but deadlines apply, and waiver criteria are strictly enforced. View waiver criteria and step-by-step instructions for requesing a waiver.
Note: You will need to submit a second waiver before your second year in the program.

Log in to MyUOHealth to sign the compliance form. - English proficiency requirement - ASAP
A satisfactory proficiency in the English language is required for admission to the University of Oregon. All applicants for whom English is not a native/primary language must show proof of language proficiency. Learn more on the Division of Graduate Studies Admissions website. - Financial documentation - ASAP
As an international student, you must submit additional documentation to verify your financial capability to pay tuition, fees, and living expenses for at least the first year of study during the program. Please visit the Office of International Student and Scholar Services webpage to learn more about the documentation you will need to submit before obtaining a student visa.
