PhD Program Concentrations

PhD students concentrate in one of five areas, each of which corresponds to our academic departments.

The doctoral program at the Lundquist College of Business develops scholars who will take their places at leading colleges and universities throughout the world.

The program's faculty have received their doctoral training at leading business schools and universities. They are enthusiastic mentors and productive scholars and are readily accessible in offices near those of the PhD students. PhD students actively and regularly participate in informal research discussions and present their own work. PhD students also take part in research seminars given by the faculty and by invited faculty from other universities.
