Corporate Education

Corporate Education

Developing stronger leaders. Building stronger organizations.

Practical learning built around your goals.

Corporate Education at the Lundquist College of Business helps organizations strengthen their people and address real business challenges through practical, applied learning. Choose from two ways to engage, each designed around the capabilities, priorities, and outcomes that matter most to your organization.

Why Oregon?

Oregon was not destined to become a center of global sport and culture. But it happened anyway, and not by accident. We built it through design, audacity, and a refusal to accept the ceiling handed to us. That way of operating runs through the leaders we develop and through the companies they go back and build.

What We Believe

Organizations perform at the level of their people. Strategy and systems matter, but the work gets done by the people doing it. That is where we put our attention.

We understand experienced professionals do not arrive as blank slates. They bring years of instincts and hard-won habits. Our job is to build on that experience, sharpen it, and connect learning directly to the work in front of them.

And we believe learning should not end when the session does. Many of our courses come with a set of tangible AI tools built for the specific work they cover. Participants use them in the room, then take them back to the job and keep using them. Practical tools that can be implemented immediately, not a demonstration of what the technology can do.

For organizations working out what AI should mean for the business itself, we work with leadership teams on that challenge too.

Why Organizations Choose Us

Almost no one calls looking for executive education. They call because something in the business is not working. Common challenges businesses face include:

  • A strong performer became a manager – Promoted for individual work, but not yet ready to lead others.
  • Growth is outpacing the bench – The business is scaling faster than its leaders are developing.
  • Execution varies by team – The strategy is clear, but the results on the ground are not consistent.
  • Communication breaks down – Priorities do not travel cleanly across functions or levels.
  • Change is straining how people lead – New strategy, new technology, or new market conditions are reshaping the work.
  • Succession looks thin – Too few people are ready to step into bigger roles.

Which one sounds most like your organization? Where would progress create the most value?
