Corporate Education for Organizations

Built around your business, not a catalog.

We have more to offer than a one-size-fits-all approach. We start with what the business is trying to change, then design around it. Your priorities, your vocabulary, your people, and the work they are already doing.

Custom Leadership Programs

A group of your leaders, together over six to 12 months. Typically four two-day sessions, with real work in between. Early sessions stay close to the daily job. Later sessions move up to strategy and the broader business.

This is the right fit when several capabilities need to develop at once, when the work has to connect to strategy and measurable outcomes, and when managers and executives will stay involved rather than hand people off.

Private Workshops

One capability, one team, one to four days. Same faculty and same format as our open workshops, held for your people and built around situations they actually face. A good fit when a single team needs to get better at one thing together.

Bringing AI into Your Organization

Most of the organizations we talk to are somewhere between curious and overwhelmed. AI tools are showing up in every function, but nobody has agreed on how they should be used, and leadership is being asked to approve spending it cannot yet evaluate.

We help leadership teams work through that. What should AI actually produce for the business? Where should you start when everything looks feels urgent? How should it be governed? What should you expect from vendors and partners? And how to do you lead people whose roles and daily work are changing along with the technology?

This can be a session inside a broader leadership program, a private workshop for your leadership team, or a longer engagement of its own.

Technology moves quickly. The judgment required to use it well does not. We help leaders develop that judgement while being clear about what these tools can and cannot do today.

Who These Programs Are for

Programs are built for a specific level of responsibility. The capabilities stay the same, but the altitude changes.

Future Leaders
Strong individual contributors and first-time managers moving from doing the work to leading others
Emerging Leaders
Experienced managers and directors moving from running a team to influencing across the organization
Executive Leaders
Senior leaders moving from running a part of the business to stewarding the whole of it

How We Build Your Custom Program

  • Understand the business – Strategy, priorities, culture, and where you are headed
  • Define success – What should be different, for the business and for the people in the program
  • Design the experience – Which capabilities, which people, what rhythm
  • Deliver and apply – Sessions, real work, and coaching between them
  • Measure and improve – Track progress, gather feedback, adjust as things change

The last step feeds the first. Programs change as the business does.

Areas We Develop

We focus on six capability areas, while most programs focus on two or three. Which of these areas would you like to see improve in your business?

  • Communication and Influence – Creating clarity and moving people to act
  • Building High-Performing Teams – Coaching, accountability, and difficult conversations
  • Business Acumen – How the business actually works, including the numbers
  • Commercial Acumen – How the business grows, deal by deal and account by account
  • Innovation and Change – Adopting new tools and leading people through change
  • Enterprise Leadership – Leading the whole organization rather than one part of it

Real Work, Not Homework

In longer programs, each participant brings a real priority from the business and works on it the whole way through: improving an operating process; fixing a handoff between functions; building a better set of team measures; or leading an AI rollout. They finish by presenting what they did to your leadership team, including what changed and what it cost them to get there. We do not measure how much people enjoyed the session. We agree with you up front on what should be different in the business, then work backward to the behavior that gets you there.

While we have an excellent list of programs available, you do not need to have a program in mind to reach out. Tell us what's not working, who you are trying to develop, and what you want to be different a year from now.
