Meet Brett
Brett Filuk, MActg ’24, changed his major to accounting after encouragement from instructor Joel Sneed. Brett completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at UO and went on to join the Master of Accounting program, where his work was noticed by accounting firm Perkins & Co. “I want to be proud of the career that I have. Auditing is a component that holds companies accountable. It involves problem-solving skills that require companies to be transparent and honest. That is work that I would be proud to do.”
