Through encouraging joint research projects among faculty and students, providing research opportunities through the college's four centers, and offering a learning environment that is challenging yet supportive, students complete the PhD program as productive researchers and effective teachers. In addition, our faculty themselves are productive scholars and enthusiastic mentors, who often develop close apprenticeship relationships with students that continue throughout their careers.

Meet Woocheol

Associate Professor of Marketing Conor Henderson’s work inspired Woocheol Kim, PhD ’24, to apply to the Lundquist College’s PhD program. Woocheol’s research topic involves investigating social media users’ responses to influencers’ personal self-disclosures on social media. “Never once have I regretted it. I am looking forward to being someone who brings a positive change.”
