Oregon Executive MBA | Part-Time MBA in Portland

Uplevel Your Career

With classes just twice a month, you can earn your University of Oregon MBA in Portland without stepping away from your career.

Meet the Portland-based, weekend MBA.

The Oregon Executive MBA is an AACSB-accredited, 20-month, part-time MBA for mid-to-senior working professionals, taught in a cohort format at the University of Oregon’s Northeast Portland campus. In-person classes meet twice a month on consecutive Fridays and Saturdays, with only about 8 hours per month overlapping the standard workweek.

Students learn in-demand leadership skills over the weekend that they can immediately apply to their workplace on Monday.

Executive Experience and schedule

Tailored to experienced professionals and emerging business leaders, the part-time Oregon Executive MBA is as academically rigorous as any full-time program, set apart by its cohort structure, robust network, relevance to your current career, and convenient schedule.

Classes meet twice a month on consecutive Fridays and Saturdays. Friday sessions run from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so only about eight hours per month overlap with the standard work week. If you miss a class, you can catch the live-streamed session.

Requirements and Courses

Each cohort of working professionals spends twenty months side by side, applying real-world experience to a high-level MBA curriculum. We know our students are already beyond the basics, so we focus on leadership, teamwork, and personal growth through projects that apply directly to your work.

The first year focuses on foundational business leadership skills; the second year centers on advanced strategic courses and includes a capstone project.
