Biography:

Paul Allen is the director of the Oregon Executive MBA program at the Lundquist College of Business, serving students, alumni, faculty, and staff on the program's leadership team.

From 2022 to 2025, Allen was the director of recruitment and admissions at Clackamas Community College. Prior to 2022, he had dedicated nearly a decade of work to the Lundquist College; his roles included director of admissions for the college's graduate programs in Eugene, as well as associate director for executive admissions in Portland.

In addition to his recent roles, Allen has professional experience at Arizona State's W.P. Carey School of Business and Western Oregon University. He has also been the recipient of Lundquist College's Harold K. Strohm Award and Clackamas Community College's Succes Maker Award.

Allen has an undergraduate degree in Spanish from Western Oregon University and a graduate degree in education, leadership, and policy from Portland State University. He and his wife have three children, and they enjoy being active outdoors.
