Facts and Stats

Since 1914 the Lundquist College of Business has taught its students the critical skills they need to think for themselves, to be leaders in a dynamic world, and to make better decisions on behalf of the people and resources they manage.

We are a top business school with a unique mission and vision that draws strength from our links to the Pacific Rim and the distinctive qualities of Oregon culture: innovation, sustainability, active lifestyles, financial stewardship, and respect for individuality and diversity within an increasingly global community.

Learning by Doing

At the heart of our vision and mission are our four centers of excellence, each highlighting our distinctive qualities and themes. These centers advance a "learning by doing" approach to business education (we call it experiential education), in which students work on real projects for real companies, gaining first-hand experience in their careers before they even graduate.

Departments and Programs

Our centers of excellence help you target your business education to specific areas. But it's our departments that provide the foundation of your Lundquist education. Whether it's an undergraduate degree, MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Science in Sports Product Management, Master of Accounting, Master of Science in Finance, or PhD, our School of Accounting and departments in finance, management, marketing, and operations and business analytics deliver the disciplinary fundamentals for success and the research excellence that advances business knowledge. Through this distinct approach to education, students graduate from the Lundquist College with an education that meets their personal needs, interests, and ambitions, preparing them to be among the most knowledgeable and motivated business leaders of tomorrow.
