Document Services
Devices within the computer lab are multi-function, providing printing, copying and scanning features. For assistance, speak to the computer lab front desk.
Printing and copying are charged at the following rates:
- Black and white: 10¢ per side (two-sided is 20¢)
- Color: 40¢ per side (two-sided is 80¢)
There are no fees when scanning from multi-function devices.
Each term, students start with a $10 printing credit (from student fees). Additional funds can be added to your Lundquist College printing account using Duck Bucks. Deposits can be made online.
Printing
Printing is only available via computers within the lab—this includes virtual desktops. Printing from personally owned devices is available through UO's virtual desktop solution.
Make sure you know the printer to which your print job has been sent. On lab computers and virtual desktops, printers are assigned at startup to prevent print jobs going to the same printer.
For best results,
- Only print the pages you need to avoid paying for unnecessary pages
