Attend one of our information sessions to learn more about our programs, get your questions answered, and glean application tips.

We hold information sessions for anyone interested in attending one of our graduate and undergraduate programs. These information sessions offer insights into preparing the best application possible, as well as give you a chance to meet current students and admissions officers. Info sessions can be virtual, in-person, or both. Some are even designed as day-long preview days, giving you the chance to sit in on classes.

Earn a bachelor's degree in three years and a masters degree in your fourth year as a 3+1 Scholar. Designed for high-achieving incoming freshmen with college-ready credits, the Lundquist College of Business offers three 3+1 Scholar programs.

3+1 Scholar Options:

  • 3+1 Accounting: Earn a Master of Accounting Degree and get the credits you need to sit for the CPA exam.
  • 3+1 Finance: Earn a Master of Science in Finance Degree and accelerate your career path as a financial analyst.
  • 3+1 Management: Earn a Master of Science in Management Degree and and acquire essential business and management skills to launch your career in any field.

Who Are These for?

Through an evaluation of college AP (advanced placement) and IB (international baccalaureate) credits, students can be fast-tracked for admission to the Lundquist College of Business so they can complete their undergraduate degree in three years, with the fourth year used to complete one of our master's programs.

How to Qualify

  • Enter the University of Oregon with more than 25 credit hours of AP, IB, or transfer credit.
  • Apply to become a 3+1 Scholar in accounting, finance, or management February 1-15 during winter term of your first year.

  • Info Session: 5:00–5:45 p.m. Learn about the program's structure, curriculum, and admissions process.

  • Dinner with Current Students: 5:45–6:30 p.m. Enjoy a casual dinner and conversation with current students. Ask questions and hear about their experiences in the program.

  • Class Observation: 6:30–8:00 p.m. Sit in on a live class to get a true sense of the learning environment and classroom experience.
