Biography:
Erik Ford received his BS in 2013 and an MBA in 2015 from the University of Oregon. Prior to receiving his MBA, Erik taught the college's introductory business course. As an instructor, Ford has redesigned course curriculum to increase student learning and engagement, including the addition of using authentic business case studies and the development of online modules. He also created an experimental version of the introductory class using a new textbook, technologies, and business simulations. Students have been highly receptive to Ford's instruction methods, and subsequently he has received outstanding student evaluations.

- Thomas F. Herman Award for Outstanding Online Education, 2020
