My research questions arise when I see a marketplace norm being disrupted, frequently by a technological innovation. My research examines disruptions to norms in:
I use mutliple methods to examine these questions, which are inspired by real-world marketing problems (e.g., how to integrate new technology into services) and emergent consumer phenomena (e.g. vacations from technology).
