The media has been filled with news on corporate shareholder rights and salary caps, so alum Kees de Kluyver, now a chaired professor at Claremont College, visited Lillis on February 9 to weigh in. His perspective: stronger corporate governance doesn't follow governmental regulation and salary caps. Instead, he advocates incentivizing boards of directors to more carefully manage companies.
