Meet Our Inaugural Alumni Ambassadors

The Lundquist College of Business is proud to introduce the inaugural cohort of Alumni Ambassadors, a group of engaged alumni leaders helping strengthen connections between the college and the Duck business community across the country.

Serving as regional points of connection, Alumni Ambassadors help expand career exploration and industry connections for current students by supporting student clubs, facilitating introductions, and connecting Ducks with professionals in their regions, while also engaging alumni through events and community-building opportunities.

"Lundquist alumni are doing extraordinary work, and this program allows us to celebrate that leadership while expanding meaningful connections," said Kim Thompson, associate director of alumni engagement. "Our inaugural ambassadors reflect the spirit of Ducks helping Ducks by opening doors, sharing insights, and bringing people together in ways that have a lasting impact."

The Alumni Ambassador program is designed to make it easier for alumni to stay connected to the college close to home, extending the Lundquist community beyond campus and creating more opportunities for alumni to connect, learn from one another, and remain engaged.

Ambassadors represent a wide range of industries—including finance, marketing, technology, sustainability, sports business, legal, and entrepreneurship—and bring a shared commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and community.

The inaugural cohort includes alumni deeply committed to strengthening the Lundquist network and supporting student success. Staying Connected

In addition to reaching out to Alumni Ambassadors in your area, there are lots of other ways for alumni to stay connected and give back to the Lundquist College. One of the best options is our Lundquist Connect platform, which is also now available as an app.

And, of course, our Industry and alumni engagement team is always eager to help connect you with opportunities. You can explore those opportunities and contact them via our industry and alumni engagement form.
