Engaging Asia

MBAs Engaging Asia 2017

A group of second-year MBA candidates are spending the first part of September on the annual Engaging Asia study tour. The signature global experience for the Oregon MBA program saw students start in Shanghai, taking in the mix of history, global culture, and a whole lot of dumplings.

Companies visited so far in Shanghai include ONE Championship, Spraying Systems Co., China Steel, SECA, Apple, and Far Eastern Manufacturing.

Students then travelled to Beijing for five days, bringing to life the differences to be found across different regions of China. Highlights include meetings with brands like Nike, NBA China, China Sports Lottery, AECOM, and the Silk Road Fund.
