Biography:
Lorrie Vogel is a designer, innovator, and sustainability expert with more than 30 years of global experience leveraging design thinking to accelerate innovation. She enjoyed a 21-year career at Nike, with her last role as vice president of Nike's material science and innovation division. She was named to Fast Company's Fast 50, the magazine's annual compilation of innovative companies and "incubators of genius," and was also recognized by OMSI as one of the top 12 innovators, holding more than 30 utility patents. Lorrie cofounded the Sustainable Apparel Coalition in 2010. Her sustainable design work has been featured in several publications, including an MIT case study. She is currently the founder of ImagineNOW, a consultancy that partners with Fortune 500 companies to develop their design, innovation, and sustainability strategies.
