Biography:

Larry Dann is a professor emerit of finance at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business. His interests include corporate financial policy and corporate governance. He has done extensive research on corporate stock repurchases and on the effect of management policies designed to thwart takeover attempts on the welfare of the firm's common stockholders.
