Biography:

Yuanyuan Ding is an assistant professor of operations and business analytics department at the Lundquist College of Business.

Her research focuses on behavioral operations with a particular emphasis on utilizing insights from consumer behavior to enhance operational decisions in the retail sector. She employs tools from econometrics and behavioral sciences to address operational design problems that arise within two distinct retail contexts: open-box product merchandising and curated subscription services.
