Biography:

Ralph A. Heidl is an associate professor in the Department of Management and Inman Research Scholar at the Lundquist College of Business. His expertise includes collaborative networks, innovation management, intellectual property strategy, and technology entrepreneurship. His research on these topics has been published in journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Research Methods, and Organization Science.

Ralph Heidl received his PhD from the University of Washington. Before earning his doctoral degree, he worked as a product manager, development architect, and program development manager in Germany. He has extensive industry experience in the design and implementation of mobile and collaborative business software for Fortune 500 companies.
