About

Biography:

Kurt Zimmerman is the assistant vice president for schools, colleges, and units at the University of Oregon. Previous to this role, he led the development team at the Lundquist College of Business as executive director. Prior to joining the Lundquist College in 2013, Zimmerman served on the University of Oregon Athletics development team for 14 years, including as assistant athletic director for major gifts—a role which saw him overseeing the major gift development program and team—as director of annual athletic giving, and before that as a regional development officer.

Zimmerman graduated with honors from the University of Idaho in 1994 and went on to earn a master's degree from Penn State in 1996. He began his professional career at University of Idaho working in marketing and development.
