Biography:
Michele Leedom is an executive coach and consultant based in Portland, Oregon. Her passion for behavioral economics, neuroscience, and organizational behavior led her to found Clinton Street Consulting, a coaching and consultancy practice that focuses on strategy, leadership development, and organizational agility. She enjoys working with successful people who are curious about how their environment, beliefs, and behaviors are impacting them from achieving what is possible.
Leedom works across multiple industries with diverse teams helping leaders of organizations understand where their policies, practices, and behaviors, as well as their own biases, are preventing them from achieving their goals. She has coached executives in areas such as self-awareness, communication, developing others, leadership transitions, and leadership strategies. She has also coached teams in aligning direction, building trust, and allowing for deeper collaboration. Clients include executives in industries such as agriculture, energy, healthcare, finance, insurance, technology, travel and tourism, and retail.
Leedom is passionate about creating environments where creativity and innovation can thrive. Supporting diverse teams that feel respected, valued, and recognized is the foundation for this to take place. In her free time, Leedom loves to travel, is an avid reader, enjoys hiking in the Columbia Gorge, and spending time in Oregon wine country. Leedom is certified through the Center for Creative Leadership and the Myers-Briggs Foundation and is also a practitioner of the FIRO-B and TKI instruments. She earned her MBA from the University of Florida and bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Georgia.
