Designed for those with non-business undergraduate degrees, the University of Oregon’s Master of Science in Management (MSM) program builds on students’ undergraduate education to equip them with marketable skills and applied experiences that accelerate professional growth.

Students completing the MSM would also be eligible for the accelerated option in the Oregon MBA program, allowing them to earn an MBA on a shortened timeline after they have gained some work experience.

The MSM curriculum totals a minimum of 45 credits (30 credits of core courses and 15 credits of electives). Students take these courses side-by-side with first-year students in the Oregon MBA program. As part of a capstone project in year one, MSM students will work on real-world projects sourced from industry and alumni.
