Guest Information: Graduate Commencement Ceremonies

Ceremony Schedule — Monday, June 15

The Lundquist College of Business Eugene-based graduate program ceremonies will take place in Beall Concert Hall.

  • MBA and MSM Commencement Ceremony
    4:00–5:00 p.m.
  • PhD, MAcc, and MSF Commencement Ceremony
    6:00–7:00 p.m.

Guests may enter Beall Hall 30 minutes before each ceremony.


Parking and Shuttles

All guests and graduates should park at Autzen Stadium and use the free university shuttles to reach campus. Parking on campus requires a permit, so carpooling and ridesharing to Autzen are strongly encouraged.

  • Autzen Stadium parking lots open at 6:30 a.m.
  • Shuttles begin at 10:00 a.m., immediately following the main University Commencement Ceremony at Autzen on Monday, June 15.
  • Shuttles will run continuously throughout the day, including during and after all Monday, June 15 ceremonies.
  • Last shuttle departures are expected around 7:00 p.m. from campus back to Autzen, but not before all ceremonies are over.  Please proceed to the nearest shuttle stop promptly after your event to ensure return service.

  • Frohnmayer Music Building
    Closest stop to Beall Hall. All guests attending the Beall Hall ceremony should use this stop.
  • Knight Library
    Closest stop for the Lillis Business Complex and other Lundquist College activities.

Food and Drinks

  • A Lundquist College of Business Open House Celebration will be held in the Lillis Business Complex Atrium from 3:00–6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15. Cake and refreshments will be 
    provided. No RSVP required.
  • GradFest, a university‑wide reception near Autzen Stadium, will offer complimentary snacks and refreshments.
  • Carson Hall, Unthank Hall, and the Erb Memorial Union (EMU) will be open for guests to purchase food and beverages on campus throughout Monday, June 15.

Tickets

Tickets are not required for either Lundquist College of Business Graduate Programs ceremonies in Beall Hall.

  • Doors open 30 minutes before each ceremony.
  • Seating is general admission.

Beall Hall Policies

Allowed:

  • One (1) clear bag and/or one (1) small clutch or purse allowed per person
  • Refillable or sealed water bottles with lids

Not allowed:

  • Noisemakers, air horns, confetti, balloons, glass, or wrapped gifts

Accessibility Accommodations

  • Designated ADA seating is available for guests in Beall Hall
  • Accessible parking on campus: 13th Ave Garage and Lot 37 (placard required)
  • UO Accessibility Shuttle available (see Shuttle Map)

Professional Photography

A professional photographer will capture images during the ceremony. Graduates will receive a link to free downloadable photos approximately 1–2 weeks after Monday, June 15.


Livestream

The ceremony will be livestreamed for guests unable to attend in person. Livestream details will be posted on the main Eugene-based graduate commencement page once finalized
