Paul Allen

About

Paul Allen is the director of the Oregon Executive MBA program at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.

Allen returned to Oregon from the Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business where he served as the assistant director of admission and recruitment. He coordinated the recruiting and admission efforts of the full-time MBA, MS in business analytics, and MS in management degrees. While in this position, Allen traveled internationally for recruitment efforts, streamlined processes and reports in the Salesforce CRM, and updated recruiter training. Prior to Arizona State, Allen spent several years working for Western Oregon University and a local divested youth non-profit.

In addition to his work experience, Allen obtained a master’s degree from the Educational Leadership and Policy program at Portland State University.
