Executive coaching is a powerful resource for leadership development, whether you’re looking to:
- Advance in your current organization,
- Move to a new company,
- Pivot to a new field,
- Or start your own business.
As a student at the Oregon Executive MBA, you can take advantage of six months of unlimited one-on-one coaching with an executive coach certified by the International Coaching Federation at the Professional Certified Coach level. There is no extra charge for the coaching service; it is included in the program’s tuition and fees.
You can choose to begin with a coach during your first or second year in the program. Along with your coaching sessions, you will also have access to Right Management’s PowerSuite: Next suite of services, an online portal that provides strengths and skills assessments, live and recorded webinars, resume specialists, and much more. You can access these services for up to a year following your six months of coaching.

The Oregon Executive MBA is proud to partner with Right Management, a leading provider of high-touch coaching programs powered by an optimized technology platform.
