A Fast-Track to a Master’s for Clark Honors College Students

Lundquist College of Business has partnered with the Clark Honors College (CHC) to provide a streamlined path for non-business students to earn a Master of Science in Management (MSM) in just 10 months.

The partnership is specifically structured to bridge a liberal arts education with professional application, equipping students with marketable skills and applied experiences that accelerate career potential and personal growth.

And to help CHC students transition smoothly from undergraduate life to graduate-level professional development, the partnership provides several major perks:

  • Guaranteed Admission: Qualified CHC students are fast-tracked into the program.
  • No Application Fee: Waived for CHC students.
  • Simplified Application: No GMAT scores or letters or recommendation are required to apply.

The MSM program also perfectly complements a CHC education with professional development classes and experiential learning trips, in-house career advising, and myriad group projects.

Two CHC alumni, Maya Tadijki, BS ’25, and Gianna Hagopian, BS ’25, are part of the inaugural MSM class, and have both have found surprising growth opportunities through the program.

A Cohort That Lifts You Up

Because the MSM is cohort-based, students take every core course with the same people. Throughout the program, cohorts share more than classes. They share opportunities, honest advice, and the kind of friendships that feel less like networking and more like finding your people.

For Hagopian, who entered the program with a bachelor’s in advertising, those connections led to opportunities immediately.

"We're all looking out for each other," she said. "Two classmates connected me with hockey operations during orientation. Then softball needed social media help, so now I'm working with GoDucks, combining my advertising background with my new-found business skills. That's all been through the people in this program."

Grounded in Business Fundamentals

Tadjik, who holds a bachelor’s in ethnic studies, came into the MSM with strong academic skills and is leaving with something she didn’t even know she was missing.

"My CHC education pressed me in an academically rigorous way," she says. "But the MSM gave me functional skills. I could write a paper, but I wasn't sure who needed that. Here, I’ve developed people skills and have figured out how to work effectively in a team.”

Taking the Next Step

The MSM is designed for curious thinkers ready to translate their ideas into real-world action. If you aren't a business major, that’s actually beneficial.

"Don't be scared of it," said Hagopian. "The professors are very understanding. The goal is to help you build foundations, not throw you into the deep end."

Tadijki agreed, "It doesn't hurt to try. What surprised me was how transferable my CHC skills actually were and how much the MSM added to them."

Applications for fall 2027 are open until July 24, 2026. Learn more about the program partnership on the Clark Honors College website.
