Oregon MBA Earns Top Rankings from The Princeton Review

#5, #7, #10—those are just a few of the rankings recently bestowed by The Princeton Review on the Oregon MBA program at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.

In its Best Business Schools for 2025, released on July 22, 2025, The Princeton Review recognized the Oregon MBA as a leading program in multiple specialty areas:

  • #5 Best Green MBA
  • #7 Graduate Program for Entrepreneurship in the West
  • #10 Best MBA for Operations
  • Top 50 Graduate Program for Entrepreneurship (National)

These rankings reflect the Oregon MBA's strengths in sustainability, operations, and innovation—areas where the program continues to lead with purpose and impact.

"At the Lundquist College, we seek to equip students to be both sharp thinkers and thoughtful leaders," said Bruce Blonigen, the college's Edward Maletis Dean. "It's rewarding to see The Princeton Review recognize the distinctiveness of our MBA program, especially in categories that reflect our core values—like sustainability and entrepreneurial thinking."

The Oregon MBA is one of just 213 on-campus MBA programs included in the 2025 list, which draws from surveys of 244 business schools and more than 22,800 students nationwide. Rankings are based on more than 60 data points, including academic rigor, experiential learning, faculty quality, and student satisfaction.

Of the schools named, only a third earned spots in one or more of the 18 specialized rankings. The Oregon MBA stood out on four of those specialized lists, underscoring its national and regional leadership and reputation.

Our top-5 placement on the Best Green MBA list continues a tradition of leadership in sustainability coordinated by the Center for Sustainable Business Practices at the Lundquist College, where students engage in coursework and projects that address the world's most pressing environmental challenges through the lens of business. Likewise, our #10 ranking for operations reflects our real-world approach to solving complex business problems—an approach valued by both students and employers.

For its entrepreneurship ranking, The Princeton Review partners with Entrepreneur magazine to evaluate top programs. Those rankings were released at the end of last year and were republished along with the newly released Best Business Schools 2025. The Oregon MBA and our related Lundquist Center for Entrepreneurship rank #27 for entrepreneurship overall and in the top 10 in the Western United States. Poets and Quants also recently ranked the Oregon MBA #6 in the nation for entrepreneurship.

"In the Oregon MBA, it isn't just about textbooks," said Cheyenne White, a current MBA student specializing in sustainable business and interning at Walt Disney World. "It's about hands-on learning, cross-disciplinary thinking, and creating meaningful connections among peers, industries, and ideas. I've found the program to be incredibly valuable and rewarding."
