“We are proud and humbled to see how our amazing Business Ducks have answered the call during this campaign,” said Sarah E. Nutter, Edward Maletis Dean of the Lundquist College of Business. “Thanks to your generosity, the Lundquist College increased support for faculty, scholarships, and career readiness while creating a solid foundation for the future. Your investment in business education will help educate the next community leaders and industry disruptors for years to come. Thank you.”
As this campaign ends, we are awed by the generosity of donors.
The $144 million Campaign for Lundquist includes more than $11 million for the Investors Fund, which supports ongoing college priorities, funds critical operations, and allows the dean to seize opportunities or tackle unexpected challenges as they arise.
Of those funds, $61,138,310 are coming in deferred gifts to support the college in the future.
Significant increases were also reported in three additional key areas: faculty support, scholarships, and experiential education including career readiness.
We counted an amazing 17,641 unique gifts from 7,101 different donors. In terms of dollars, more than $42 million will support scholarships and more than $26 million is marked for supporting our world-class faculty.
All campaign gifts support the dean’s vision of producing well-educated career ready graduates and becoming the top destination on the west coast for public business education.
